Holistic Living

Introduction to Holistic Living (45 minute session, $35) - This introduction Service is unique to our collaborative treatment and teaching center. If you are unsure where to start, this 45 minute health intake and goal setting session will give you clear recommendations and a custom designed package to help you achieve your Transformation, Empowerment, Education and Healing. 


Light, Heat, and Massage (10 minute sessions, $15) - The limited sunlight in New England winters can affect everyone adversely. Even during the hot summer months, 10 minutes in a massage chair can change the course of your day! Sit in our custom massage chair, envelop your feet in our compression foot massager, and sit in a relaxing, quiet room with our Light Box or a view of the wetlands. This service is available in 10 minute increments - sign up for 10, 20 or even 30 minutes!


The Healing Nook (15 minute sessions, $10) - If you are looking for a quick escape from the daily grind of everyday stresses, then the Healing Nook is the perfect spot. Take a private moment to relax on the chaise and daydream out the window. Write some thoughts down anonymously in the Community Reflections Journal provided, or read and connect to what others have written, which can help you feel less alone when times are stressful. Mindfulness and renewed energy will put you back on track to face the rest of your day. This service is available in 15 minute increments, and is also available with custom aromatherapy at no extra charge. Stay for a quick 15 minute breather before heading home, or come for a 30 or 45 minute escape from being a caretaker or hard working employee, or just to gather your thoughts and reconnect.
